MORRIS tables are small, asymmetrically shaped rounded coffee tables in five forms and a playful set of wooden legs. This cheery series was designed by architect Kirsi Gullichsen in 2005. The form was inspired by the beautiful movements of Mr. Morris, a black dachshund, then one year old.
The adaptable MORRIS series is available in laminated or oak veneered tops made of MDF; the legs are turned oak with an oil wax finish. The manufacturing process of the MORRIS tables combines the materials and methods of traditional woodworking with current factory technologies.
MORRIS tables can be used individually or in a group. They sit well both at home or in a public space. The colour and finishing palette allows for a large number of combinations.
